Usage	1. Mix the hair bleaching powder with hair color developer (peroxide/oxidant) at the ratio 1:1.5 or 1:2 according to the needs.   2. Stir it evenly and apply the mixture to the hair where the hair need to be bleach.    3. Wait for 15-50 minutes according to the different hair texture and different target color (Check the bleaching effec carefully by professional hair stylists.   4. After Achieved satisfactory bleaching results,  rinse out the hair with warm water.
Proportion	Usually hair bleaching powder with hair color developer at the proportion 1:1.5 or 1: 2.  take 1:2 for eg. if hair bleaching powder 100gram, hair color developer need 200ml
Hair color developer choose	Usually for normal hair can use 9% hair color developer, For 55.0 and 66.0 damaged hair can use 6% hair color developer.
Time (just for reference)	For normal 22.0 hair, about 30 mins can bleach hair to 88.0.  For permed and dyed hair need about 15 mins can bleach hair to 99.0
